Reservation Policies
To participate in our rental program, you must be a minimum of 21 years old with a valid driver's license and you must be able to demonstrate the understanding of rental procedures and boating safety. Minimum rental time is two hours. If you return equipment early due to inclement weather or confirmed mechanical problems, you will be charged by the hourly rate for the time you were out. If you return equipment early because you no longer wish to use it, you will be charged the FULL reserved time. NO EXCEPTIONS. Safety equipment including life jackets are provided at no additional charge. NO BEACHING of rental equipment is allowed; anchors are provided. Swimming only allowed in designated areas. NO DIVING or JUMPING from boats. Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to your start time for instructions and safety equipment fitting. We make every effort to get you started on time.
RESTRICTIONS:
Capacity Rates Strictly Enforced
No towing of inflatables, skis, wakeboards, kneeboards, surf boards, etc. behind our equipment.
No alcohol or drug use while operating our equipment.
Maximum of 4 drivers per vessel
No pets allowed on Canoes, Kayaks, or Paddle Boats
CANCELLATION POLICY:
There is a 72 hour cancellation policy. No-shows will be charged a two hour rental fee based on type of equipment reserved. Reservation time is forfeit time. If you are running late for your reservation, please phone ahead. We cannot guarantee you will be able to recieve your entire reserved time.
PAYMENT POLICY:
Visa, Master Card, and Discover cards accepted.
Deposits required for ALL rental equipment and must be cash or credit card. No Checks. If using your credit or debit card, the amount of the deposit will be charged to the card. At the end of the rental period , provided there are no damages or lost equipment, your deposit will be refunded. Although we void the transaction the same day, the credit card processing centers may take up to ten days before they release your funds.
